Automate Debtor Interaction

CU•INTERACT enters debtor information into the RPCS System automatically, in real time, so your employees are free to perform other tasks and your account data is always current. Its object-driven functionality is presented in a Graphical User Interface (GUI) environment, including IVR set up, script design, daily use and reporting.

Messaging options

CU•INTERACT includes text-to-speech (TTS) licensing, which uses synthesized speech to relay unique account-related information to the caller. Pre-recorded, human-speech messages are used for other voice prompts and messages. A voice file recording and playback utility is provided so you can customize call path messages as desired. Multiple messages can be recorded and referenced for the different call paths and environments you establish.

 User-Defined Call Actions

CU•INTERACT’s flexible call paths are easily changed by modifying one or more call actions. Call actions can be linked together sequentially through a table or menu and can perform a number of tasks, including:

  • Provide callers with account information such as balance, recent transactions, current status, next due date and amount, etc.
  • Play a message or phrase composed of pre-recorded messages or TTS using information retrieved from the appropriate database fields or on-the-fly calculations.
  • Transfer calls to an extension in the office.
  • Set up a payment plan using predefined minimums.
  • Automatically branch to another call action based on account criteria or a menu offered to the caller.
  • Interface directly to our CU*Remit (Check Processing Module) for creation of checks by phone.
