Regional Training Opportunities in 2009
RevQ is pleased to offer you valuable training opportunities to enhance and grow your understanding of our products and services.
In addition to the training available at our annual conference, Art of Success, we also offer Regional Training opportunities for your convenience. The City of Los Angeles will host the next regional training for any RPCS clients November 17 – 20, 2009. This regional training help you develop a greater mastery of the RPCS application by participating in a hands-on learning experience that focuses on key features of the product.
The training session will incorporate many topics of the RPCS application from both an Administrative and an End User Collector perspective. This will be a perfect opportunity to bring your questions about the product and to interact with other agencies utilizing the system. A range of topics will be covered during the four days of the session, at a pace determined by the class size and discussion.
You will learn how to:
- Quickly and precisely pull information from your RPCS system without waiting for others to retrieve it.
- Boost your bottom line with Account Flow Manager; automate the mundane tasks of desk movement, correspondence, account status, credit report requests and tickler updates.
- Use the valuable elements of the Data Flow Manager (DFM) utility to import and export data from RPCS databases.
