Letter from the President

steve ardSome of you may be familiar with the 212 degree motivational message; if you have not heard the details of the 212 degree message you can read an excerpt online. This is the concept that at 211 degrees water is hot.  At 212 degrees, water boils. And with boiling water comes steam. And with steam you can power a train.  One extra degree makes all the difference.

We have recently promoted this concept within RevQ, encouraging our associates to put forth that extra degree of effort in servicing our clients that can make all the difference.  We encourage our associates to be the best they can be and we strive to help our clients be the best they can be.  In the end, the determining factor is how much effort we are each willing to put forth to achieve something great.

At RevQ, our desire is to make sure you have the best tools and training available to you so you can be great in your occupations. We continually work to enhance our products, training and additional services we offer so you can achieve success at what you do. Much of what we do is a result of your input and we are appreciative of the feedback as it benefits one and all.

To help facilitate your growth in knowledge, we introduced a free webinar series in 2010. We are currently enlisting feedback on previous webinars and assure you that information regarding  the future webinars will be available shortly.  Previously we covered various topics such as updates on products we currently have available and advanced methods to utilize the tools you already have more efficiently. We hope you participated in the recent webinars, found them beneficial and will continue to participate in future offerings.

We are also pleased to continue the regional training sessions held at various locations throughout the year. You will be notified of class availabilities as they are scheduled. We will be holding one regional training session for RPCS clients and one regional training session for Revenue Results clients within the remainder of 2010.  Attendance at these sessions can greatly enhance your knowledge and use of RevQ products and services.

For RPCS clients, we would like to remind you that the RPCS2009 release is available. If you have not yet requested an upgrade, we encourage you to review the new and enhanced features. As for our Revenue Results clients, we are excited to announce the 7.0 release of Revenue Results.  This edition includes a vast number of new features that will benefit your bottom line greatly.  We are currently working on the latest releases of both RPCS and Revenue Results and appreciate your feedback as it helps to drive our development.

We appreciate each of you and hope that we can assist each other in growing by one or many degrees. Even just one degree can make all the difference.

Have a great summer.
Warm regards,

Steve Ard
RevQ President
