Technical Solutions and Requirements

RevQ products can be used in two technical environments: Software as a Service (SaaS) and On-Premise.

SaaS

The Software as a Service environment allows your users to log onto your RevQ hosted database over the internet. This option simply requires your government to have an internet connected user workstation.  RevQ takes care of all database security, disaster recovery, back-ups, transmission encryption, and all other technical issues from the secure hosting facility in our Vancouver, WA headquarters.

On-Premise

The On-Premise environment allows complete control over your client/server infrastructure.  In this model, users access your database directly from a server located within your government agency network.
